wonderful stay with helpful staff and a beautiful riverside view

Location right downtown, really good service.

Nice recently built but design appropriate building. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great breakfast with friendly staff.

We requested a river front view room. Our room did face the river, but it was on the first floor and all you could see was the parking lot. I think they should sell the first floor river front rooms as a regular room, they are more expensive, but you do not get a pretty view at all. So in that regard I feel like we wasted our money.

The pool area had amazing color-changing lights that created a fun atmosphere.

The shower dial in our room was loose and needed repair.

Bright hotel with very pleasant personnel when manager came. Early check-in, parking on site. Authentic bar and very clean pool.

Bread and muffins for breakfast. Well-equipped room with comfortable bed and central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Location really close to eateries, the Patten Free Library, and downtown area, also next to the waterfront.

Great staff and clean room. Wi-Fi signal was weak at times.

I appreciated how accessible the Hampton Inn Bath was with its spacious lobby and comfortable seating areas. The riverside views from my room.

Could use an additional guest laundry area.

Comfortable accommodations, fantastic views, with easy access to nearby stores, making it perfect for our family trip to the Book Bash just across the road.

Cannot find any fault.

Plus, the location was spot on-just a short walk to shops and great restaurants.

Unfortunately, the limited breakfast choices and occasional noise disturbances during the night detracted from our experience.

Friendly staff and comfy stay

We spent a night on the 4th floor. Super clean and soft beds. A nice shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was solid, with oatmeal, waffles, and fruit. The sweetest part? Our room was cleaned by a lovely lady who left a cute teddy bear for my daughter. Only thing, the AC was a bit noisy at night.

Our stay was fantastic—the breakfast was well-stocked with delicious options, and the clean, comfortable room. The only downside was the slow toilet.

While the breakfast offered decent options, it could benefit from more variety like cheese or extra fruits to enhance the morning meal. The coffee left something to be desired, as it leaned on the weaker side-consider a partnership with local roasters for a stronger brew. Plus, the room temperature controls felt a bit inconsistent. I also noticed the limited snack choices in the pantry, which could use a little expansion to satisfy late-night cravings.
