We requested a river front view room. Our room did face the river, but it was on the first floor and all you could see was the parking lot. I think they should sell the first floor river front rooms as a regular room, they are more expensive, but you do not get a pretty view at all. So in that regard I feel like we wasted our money.

The hotel had excellent amenities including a swimming pool and a workout facility with good quality equipment. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and a library within walking distance. Additionally, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth.
The breakfast provided was average and could have been more varied. The options offered were typical and lacked variety.

The hotel is nicely appointed and overlooks the river. We had a very good experience during our 3-night stay in a king room. the bathroom was clean. the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. the location right on the river is ideal and lovely.

The staff at this hotel, from housekeeping to management, were absolutely wonderful and charming. the location is marvellous and stunning, just a 5-minute walk from Waterfront Park. the area is good and close to restaurants within walking distance. My room was terrific and tidy. the view of the park from the room was pleasant, and breakfast was satisfactory.

I had a great stay at a lovely hotel by the Kennebec river. The modern and clean rooms offered a beautiful view. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the location was ideal, within walking distance to downtown Bath. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a midcoast stay.

I had an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our special day even more special, surprising us with flowers and a free dinner. The breakfast options were appealing with something for everyone, including kids. The location was superb, right in the heart of this beautiful city with easy access to great taverns, eateries, and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back next year!
